Terms of Offer
1. Parties
These Terms of Offer govern the purchase of the video course «From the Beriozka to the Runway» (the "Course") offered by Katya Fedorova, individual entrepreneur, resident of Barcelona, Spain ("Seller"), and the person who accepts this offer ("Buyer").

2. Subject of the agreement
The Seller provides the Buyer with access to video lectures and accompanying materials hosted on the bykatyafedorova.getcourse.ru platform. The Course consists of up to four series covering Soviet and Russian fashion history from the 1980s to the 2010s.
3. Prices and payment
- Series 01 (1980s) — 65 €, available immediately after payment.
- Full Course (all 4 series) — 184 € (30% discount vs. individual pricing). Series 01 is available immediately; remaining series are released on schedule by 1 October 2026.
All prices include applicable VAT. Payment is processed via a secure third-party gateway. The Buyer receives a payment confirmation by email.
4. Access and delivery
Access to purchased materials is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Access is personal, non-transferable, and valid indefinitely (lifetime access).
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason.
Exception: By completing the purchase and requesting immediate access to digital content, the Buyer expressly consents to the commencement of performance before the withdrawal period expires. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal is forfeited once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
If you have not yet accessed the content, you may exercise the right of withdrawal by writing to katyafedorova@hotmail.com within 14 days of purchase, stating your name, order details, and a clear statement of withdrawal. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
6. Refunds outside the withdrawal period
Refund requests beyond 14 days or after content access are reviewed individually. Please contact katyafedorova@hotmail.com.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials — video, text, images, and graphics — are the exclusive property of Katya Fedorova. Reproduction, distribution, or public display without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from technical failures of third-party services.
9. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Acceptance
By completing payment, the Buyer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms.
